This site is published on a non-professional basis by a private individual. As permitted by Article 1-1, II, of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher does not disclose their identity: their personal identification details have been provided to the host, which may disclose them only at the request of the judicial authorities.

• Data. The encoded positions, the cost schedule, the grid of levers and the effects on model households are published under the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence version 2.0 (Etalab). You may reuse them freely, including for commercial purposes, provided you cite the source. See Data.
• Quotations from programmes. Extracts from programmes, statements and articles remain the work of their authors. They are reproduced under the right of short quotation (Article L. 122-5, 3°, a, of the French Intellectual Property Code), for information purposes, with the author’s name and the source. They are not covered by the data licence.
• Texts and presentation of the site. Unless otherwise stated, they belong to the publisher. Short reuse, with the source and a link, is welcome.
• Code. It will be published under a free licence when the site opens to the public. See Source code.
• The site reproduces no party logo and no photograph of a candidate.

The pages link to the documents quoted: programmes, campaign websites, media, public publications. We do not control these sites; their content may change after we have read it. Each page gives the date or the version of the document read.

The site provides information on public debate. Its costings are estimates, produced with a public method and cited sources: they constitute neither advice, nor a forecast, nor voting advice. Their limitations are described in the warning.

The publisher strives to be accurate and publicly corrects errors reported to them. The publisher cannot guarantee that there are no errors and is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this information.
